THIS IS AN EXCHANGE ONLY SERVICE FOR AN XK150 DR3 WIPER MOTOR SUITABLE FOR XK150 MODELS. THE MOTORS ARE LEFT AND RIGHT HAND DRIVE SPECIFIC, SO WE WILL EXCHANGE LIKE-FOR-LIKE UNITS. WE DO HAVE PLENTY OF CORE UNITS, SO IT MAY POSSIBLY BE ABLE TO SWAP LH / RH UNITS FOR THE OPPOSITE IF YOU CONTACT US AND AGREE ANY ADDITIONAL EXTRA CHARGE INVOLVED. THIS MOTOR SHOULD HAVE A 110° DRIVE GEAR TO OPERATE WITH THE CORRECT SWEEP (STAMPED ON GEAR).

THESE GEARS ARE RARE NOW, SO WE WILL NEED YOURS TO FIT INTO THE REBUILT MOTOR CASING.

NOTE: Ensure you remove, strip and completely regrease the wheelboxes and wiper tubes when you rebuild the wiper motor as old grease tends to solidify and compact up (inside the motors too) , labouring the motor (possibly causing this rebuild). Refit the wiper rack components loose, run the motor and then finally tweek it up, when you are sure it runs freely or it can create additional drag on the motor, which may to another premature rebuild or the drive cable or wheelboxes wearing / breaking etc.

YOUR UNIT MUST BE SERVICABLE, UNDAMAGED AND COMPLETE TO BE ACCEPTABLE  FOR REBUILD AT THE PRICE STATED.

OTHERWISE PLEASE ACCEPT THAT ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE INCURRED, IF IT IS IN FACT RE-USABLE.
